THE ROLE

Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will be a key member of the Commercial team.

You will responsible for:

  • Developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
  • Securing outstanding payments from our customers via telephone & email
  • Negotiation of settlement figures and repayment plans.
  • Dealing with high volumes of inbound calls
  • Assisting customers via Live Chat
  • Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensures all customers are successfully using the product or service they’ve purchased from the company
  • Aid with the development and improvement of our product by gathering feedback from customers.
  • Proactively engaging with Tradespeple to improve their customer journey.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you’ll be an excellent communicator, with self confidence and a drive to succeed. We are looking for a results-focused individual that’s looking to join our vibrant, successful department. Being passionate about working in a team is essential!

Whilst experience working in Collections/Retention would help, it’s not a requirement.
